Wood acoustic panels are made of environmentally friendly materials that are safe for both humans and the environment. The base of the product is made of a 9 mm thick polyester (total size: 2400x600x20) that comes in black or gray, and is obtained from a plastic recycling process. This material is certified to meet the requirements of the Global Recycle Standard (GRS) and does not contain any harmful substances like formaldehyde or pentachlorophenol. It is also classified as fire-resistant under class B-s1, d0.
The decorative part of the wooden panel is made of 10 mm thick MDF or plywood slats, which are attached to the polyester base. The MDF slat is 2400 mm in length and 30 mm in width, and is also classified as fire-resistant under class B-s1, d0. The MDF slats are covered with veneer, which can be chosen and agreed upon with the customer.
MDF / Plywood slats are spaced 10 mm apart.
